Use the settings as described below when

[Low Cut Off] i.e. the RLU value below which a result will be
flagged negative
Define the [Offset] (AL) : a fixed value
Define the [Factor] (BL) : a factor to determine
the negative control’s weight on the low cut -
off.
Define the [Lpos factor] (CL) : a factor to de-
termine the positive control’s weight on the
low cut-off.
[High Cut Off] i.e. the RLU value above which a result will be
flagged positive.
Define the [Offset] (AH) : a fixed value
Define the [Factor] (BH) : a factor to deter-
mine the negative control’s weight on the
high cut-off
