Description of curvefit protocols
As curvefit protocols differ strongly dependent on the selected type of
standardization, the type of curve fitting and special requirements of
the respective assay system, the provided functions are described in
general terms, but without sequence of actions for each standardiza-
tion type. Specific submenus and check boxes may be available or
greyed out.
Proceed as follows to define a protocol:
1.
Double-click [New CurveFit] in the [Protocol Design] menu at the left-
hand navigation bar of the [Main Screen].
Click <Next> and follow the protocol wizard which guides you through
the protocol setup.
2.
The parameter for measurement have to be inserted in the [General
page] .
You may also choose to perform background measurements; when
injections are defined, the background measurement is taking place
before the last injection.
Insert the following parameters for measurement in the [General
Page] .
[Protocol name] enter a descriptive name
[Delay time] Enter the delay time (0.1-600s) before next
