1. Measuring condition: Required material profile
The product surface must be flat over a width of at least
350 mm (see Figure 4-6). No gaps or slots in the product This is
absolutely essential to ensure that the microwave irradiation field
always sees the same material layer and the layer thickness sen-
sor correlates with the microwave measurement.
