NOTES:

1.

FABRICATE AND INSTALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AC 43.13-1B
CHAPTER 11, (SECTION 8 - WIRING INSTALLATION INSPECTION
REQUIREMENTS, SECTION 10 - SERVICE LOOP HARNESSES,
SECTION 11 - CLAMPING, SECTION 15 - GROUNDING AND
BOUNDING, AND SECTION 16 - WIRE MARKING). UNLESS
OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ALL WIRES SHALL BE 22 AWG.

2.

TERMINATE ALL CONDUCTORS TO CONTACT, FOLLOW PIN
ASSIGNMENT PRINTED ON CONNECTORS AND LABELS.

3.

ALL SHIELD GROUNDS MUST BE TERMINATED INSIDE THE
BACKSHELL WITH MAXIMUM LENGTH NOT TO EXCEED 6 INCHES.

4.

MAXIMUM OF 4 RING TONGUES PER BACKSHELL GROUNDING
SCREW IS ALLOWED.

5.

SPLICE TO BE WITHIN THE ASSOCIATIVE CONNECTOR BACKSHELL

6.

SPLICE TO BE WITHIN 3 INCHES OF ASSOCIATIVE CONNECTOR .

7. LIMIT SHIELDED WIRE EXPOSURE TO 3 INCHES MAXIMUM.

8.

ALL SHIELD GROUNDS MUST BE TERMINATED TO THE AUTOPILOT
GROUND STUD WITH MAXIMUM LENGTH NOT TO EXCEED 6 INCHES.
