Before you operate or carry out any maintenance on this machine YOU MUST READ and STUDY
this manual.
WARNING
• This Snow Plough is heavy and must not be lifted single-handedly,
GET HELP
and use suitable lifting equipment.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn by the operator when ever the Snow Plough is being used
(see Health & Safety).
• The weight of the Snow Plough could cause the Skip to drop slightly against the locking-plate if the skip-release lever is squeezed.
DO NOT
squeeze the lever with the Snow Plough attached.
• Use caution when releasing the Snow Plough from transport position and when lowering to surface.
• Take extra care when walking on freshly ploughed snow.
NOTE:-
Adding weight into the Skip will aid traction when ploughing.
Assembly Instructions
1. Take the Main Body and insert through two holes in the Minidumper Chassis as shown in

2. Push R-Clip into Main Body Boss, as shown in

, making sure it is clipped around the Boss as

3. Place Handle through the Main Body at 90° as

5. If the Skip doesn’t have holes for the Handle Hook Pressing, align the Plate as

. Clamp in position and drill
through with a 6.5mm Drill. Make sure correct
PPE
is used
6. Place M6 x 20 Set Screws, M6 Washers and M6 Nyloc Nuts through Handle Hook Pressing and Torque to 16 N/m as
