2. Add coolant to the radiator of
the engine cooling system to the neces-
sary level (to the МАХ mark on the e x-
pansion bottle);
3. To speed up the warming-up of
the cab, switch on the heater fan and
open the recirculation shutters;
4. To drain the coolant from the
heater and engine cooling system place
the tractor on a level ground. Remove
the cap of the expansion bottle of the
engine cooling system, cylinder block and
disconnect the heater hose from the tap.
ATTENTION: during the operation in the
heating mode, the switch (2) shall be
fully set to the off position to prevent the
simultaneous operation of the systems
of heating and air cooling.
General Arrangement and Operation of the Air Conditioning and Cab Heating Sys-
tem
The air conditioning and cab
heating system is intended for creating
and maintaining the normal microclimate
in the tractor cab. The air conditioning
system consists of two circuits, the cool-
ing and heating ones. The schematic
diagram of the system is given below.
The cooling circuit includes the
compressor, condenser, drying filter with
the pressure sensor, monoblock of the
evaporator and radiator of the heater
(cooler-heater), fan of the cooler-heater,
connecting hoses with the complete set
of quick-release couplings, electric ca-
bles, air filters, cold air control and fan
switch. The heating circuit is supple-
mented with the hoses connected with
the tractor engine cooling system and
cooler-heater.
The components of the air conditioning system are arranges as follows:
- compressor – on the left of the semiframe, at the bottom;
