DO
Digital Output
– contact relay. Contacts close when HV ON.
Common contact at pin 14; Load: 50 VDC max; I = 2A max
DI
Digital Input common signal for external interlock
– bridge this
signal with DI
– pin 15 to set the device to active mode. Max
current consumption 20mA
Main common
GND
signal for all of The Analogue I/O signals
AI
Analogue Input
V_IN
to set output voltage of the device.
0…10VDC, Iin: 2mA max
AO
Analogue Output for output power measurement
P_OUT
;
0…10V ( 0…500W ); Max load: 50mA
AO
Analogue Output for output current measurement
I_OUT
;
0…10V ( 0…500 mA ); Max load: 50mA
DO
Digital Output
– open drain type; active low when device set
to constant current stabilization mode; max. voltage: 50VDC,
max current: 220mA. Common signal at pin 13
DO
Digital Output
– open drain type; active low when arcs
detected. Active for 1ms from last arc detected if this function
activated in user menu; max. voltage: 50VDC, max current:
220mA. Common signal at pin 13
DO
Digital Output
– open drain type; active low when trigger
from the connected vacuum gauge has been reached. Setpoint
value has to be set in the user menu; max. voltage: 50VDC, max
current: 220mA. Common signal at pin 136
DI
Digital Input
– optocoupler type. This pin has to be active to
set device into the constant current mode. Input Voltage range:
0…25VDC. Input active from 10…25VDC; max current
consumption 5mA at 25 VDC
IMPORTANT:
If this input stays in
active mode together with the DI pin no. 23 unit will be switched
into the Constant Power Mode
Important:
Low level on this pin and pin 23 are not allowed.
Power Supply will activate error state
