2.
Neutralizing container empty – Replace container.
3.
Verify pH neutralization parameters.
4.
pH injection time longer than 15 minutes – Call STERIS.*

down during recirculation phase.

Traveler system is obstructed – Remove obstruction.

Building air supply pressure too low – Call STERIS.*
4.
Traveler end position switches defective – Call STERIS.*
5.
If condition reoccurs, call STERIS.

During a VHP cycle (chamber pressure below -3/8 in Wg):

VHP exhaust blower flow rate adjusted too high – Call

M-100 generator (single pass) blower not working – Call
