4.12 Diagnosis
The diagnostics telegram has several parts. The first 6
bytes have a fixed meaning. Following may be one or more
diagnostics blocks, each three bytes in length. A
Diagnostics Block is appended for each error.

5 Invalid_Slave_Response Bool Invalid slave response (sets slave to 0)

7 Master_Lock Bool Slave was parameterized by a different master 1
