| APPENDIX E - FIRMWARE UPGRADE PROCEDURE

Genius D_Upgrader_V201.exe

NB:

to check the current version of Genius D owned, access the Firmware Version page from the system information

menu.

Selection the

PC serial port

on the screen

Turn off

the Genius D device

Turn on the

Genius D device and 3 seconds after power on click the

CONNECT

key

Once the software is connected with

the Genius D device, the following page will appear. At the same time, the

front display of the device

remains completely empty

, not showing any indication.

Once connected the Genius D software, click the

PROGRAM

key.

Upgrade of the Firmware will commence. When completed, click

EXIT

and switch Genius D off and on.

Do not stop and do not turn off or close the upgrade software, since this operation could affect operation of the

device.
