14.7 OUTPUT SECTION
Once the inputs have been set and programmed, in the part dedicated to the Outputs (Analog Output) all that remains is
to set a number of technical values such as the level of output and the ability to accept external commands. The table
below the photograph of the Genius D page shows in detail the possible settings.

Nominal Output
Level
Represents the nominal output level of the Analog signal.
The permitted values range from -10.0 dBu to +14.0 dBu.
Source
Indicates which INPUT Source must be sent to the Analog output. The available values include
InputA / InputB / Automatic / Off
By entering the
Automatic value, use of the Audio Changeover between Inputs is also implicitly
entered and therefore also respect of the side Input Priority Sequence. By entering instead an Input
fixed value, the Audio Changeover is implicitly disabled and there continues to be a single fixed
source towards the Analog or Digital output.
To change therefore an input with respect to an output, commands (GPIn) can be sent to the device,
assuming that the Accept Ext Cmds checkbox is enabled.
Input Priority
Sequence
Represents the sequence with which the Audio Changeover is set. The setting of each individual
priority occurs from every single
INPUT , this box is only to display the order of assigned priorities.
Analog Output Priority Sequence
Accepts Ext Cmds
If flagged, it enables change of the input sources depending on receipt of external commands such as
GPIn.
Generator
If enabled, it enters a 100 Hz / 0 dBm signal on the selected output, which is very useful when having
to calibrate or test an audio chain. Possible options include:
- Off
- Left and Right
- Only Left

Output Mode
Selection of the output mode, the possibilities include:
- Stereo
- Mono (Left)
- Mono (Right)

Mono (Left + Right)
