FRITZ!Box Fon 5124 – 9 Removing the FRITZ!Box Fon

9.3 Removing FRITZ!DSL

If the FRITZ!DSL Start Center software program group is
installed on a computer and you would like to remove it,
perform an uninstallation using the Windows Control Panel.

Removing the FRITZ!DSL Start Center in
Windows XP

Proceed as follows to remove the FRITZ!DSL Start Center
software in Windows XP:

Open “start / Control Panel / Add or Remove Pro-
grams”. Make sure that the “Change or Remove Pro-
grams” button is selected in the column at left.

Select the “AVM FRITZ!DSL” entry from the list of “Cur-
rently installed programs”.

Click the “Change/Remove” button.

This completes the uninstallation of FRITZ!DSL Start Center.

Removing FRITZ!DSL Start Center in
Windows Me and 98

Proceed as follows to remove the FRITZ!DSL Start Center:

Open “Start / Settings / Control Panel / Add/Remove
Programs”.

Select the “AVM FRITZ!DSL” entry from the list of cur-
rently installed programs.

Click the “Add/Remove...” button.

Rebooting the computer concludes the uninstallation of the
FRITZ!DSL software package.
