Alarm In Mode
The QM provides an option to set the alarm input as active high or active low.
Follow the steps to set the QM alarm input as active high (NC Normally Closed) or
active low (NO Normally Open).
1 Under the Alarm Record mode place the cursor in front of Alarm In Mode and
press the “SET” button.
2 On blinking cursor press either “UP” or “DOWN” button to select “NO” (Nor-
mally Open) or “NC” (Normally Close).
3 Exit out from all the menus to activate the selection.
Alarm Out Mode
QM provide a option to set the alarm output as active high or active low. Follow
the steps to set the QM alarm input as active high or active low.
1 Under the Alarm Record mode place the cursor in front of Alarm In Mode and
press the “SET” button.
2 On blinking cursor press either “UP” or “DOWN” button to select “NO” (Nor-
mally Open) or “NC” (Normally Close).
3 Exit out from all the menus to activate the selection.
Alarm Dwell
Alarm Dwell feature of QM let you specify the time for which you want to keep the
alarm signal active after the alarm signal goes away. To set the time place the cursor
infront of Alarm Dwell and press “SET” button. Then select a time by pressing the
“UP” or “DOWN” button.
