Selecting a Field
Click the checkbox beside the field(s) to which you want the rules to apply.
Changing the Description Field
1. Select the field whose Description you want to change.
2. Right click on the entry.
3. Select
Change Description
.
4. Enter
the
new description
in the text box.
5. Click
OK
.
Changing the Value Type
You must designate at least the phone number or the email value types.
To change the value types:
1. Select the field whose Value Type you wish to change.
2. Right click on the entry.
3. Select
Value Type
from the dropdown menu
(Name, Phone Number, Account Number, Email or General).
4. Choose one of the five selections from the menu.
5. The
new
Value Type
will replace the original.
6. When you have completed all changes, click
Next.
