Access the Report Input window
To run a standard Avaya
Call Management System (CMS) report, you first access a Report
Input window (see
Sample Report Input window
). The Report Input window gives you
control over what data (which splits/skills, trunks, dates, intrahour intervals, and so on) are
included in the report.

Access the Define Input window
To define report input fields, use the Define Input window (see the following figure). You
must complete a Define Input window for each input field. When you are done, you will
have created a Report Input window. When you or another user prepares to run your
custom report, this input window is displayed with the field prompts and the input fields you
defined (like those shown in the previous figure).
On Screen Painter, select the
Define input
action list option.
The system displays the Define Input window.
