Message:

The following issue(s) was found in the detection configuration:

The current device setup is newer that this supervisor. Use Supervisor version

x.x to edit.

Description:

The current version of the Supervisor is not compatible with the detection

configuration for the device.

Suggested Action:

Use Supervisor version x.x to access the device.

Message:

The following issue(s) was found while restoring an archive:

Archive model ‘xxx’ does not match target model ‘yyy’. Please select an archive

with a model that matches the target model.

Description:

The archive file selected for the restore operation is for a different device type

(e.g., the selected file is for a IntelliSight Processor but the selected device is a

IntelliSight Camera).

Suggested Action:

Click

, then select the correct archive file and retry the operation.

Message:

The following issue(s) was found in the detection configuration:

Failed to reserve Output xx on I/O Server yyy because Outputs were not found.

Go to Zone Setup page to reserve another output.

Description:

The indicated output could not be reserved for the camera. This is most likely

caused by the IntelliSight Processor not being connected to an I/O Module or the

I/O Module not operating correctly.

Suggested Action:

Click

. If the camera is supposed to use I/O card outputs, verify that the

IntelliSight Processor is connected to an I/O Module and that the module is

operating correctly.

Message:

The following issue(s) was found in the detection configuration:

Failed to reserve xxx on I/O Server yyy because it is already reserved by another

device. Go to Zone Setup page to reserve another output.

Description:

The output xxx is already reserved on IntelliSight Processor yyy by another

IntelliSight Camera. If the conflict is not resolved, the camera will still do

detection; however, it will not be able to transmit any I/O state to the IntelliSight

Processor.

Suggested Action:

Click

. Go to the Zone Setup screen in the Supervisor and select a different

output. If a new output is not selected, additional messages will appear

indicating that the setup is invalid.
