Requirements:
•
For each mobile device, you must configure an internal telephone number
on the PBX, you need to know the internal phone number with its associated
password
•
You need to know the PBX's IP address
•
You need to know the mobile device's IPUI
Note:
You will find more information in the Instructions/help for the PBX.
Note:
You can find out the handset's IPUI on the packaging label or scan
it in. Alternatively, you can view the IPUI on the display. To do so, press
the centre of the control key

The first entry you see is the IPUI. Example: 1: 029E74A560
Carry out these steps:
•
A PBX profile must be configured for the PBX.
– Perform configuration on the
Settings > Provider or PBX profiles

in the Web configurator on the COMfortel WS-500S/WS-500M
– Necessary settings:

For each physical mobile device, you must configure a mobile device and
assign that mobile device to the PBX profile.

Administration
page in the Web configurator on the COMfortel WS-
500S/WS-500M
– Necessary settings:
Connection name or number
Name (text of your choice)
for the PBX profile

The PBX's IP address
IPUI
The mobile device's IPUI
Authentication name
The internal telephone number for the mobile
device configured on the PBX
Authentication
password
Password for the internal telephone number
Username
The internal telephone number for the mobile
device configured on the PBX
Display name
Name (text of your choice) that is to be
displayed on the mobile device
