If the capacity of “Inbox” is exceeded, the oldest opened mail will be 
deleted automatically. However, unopened e-mails, protected e-mails and 
e-mails with its message not received will not be deleted.

•

If all the mails in “Inbox” are unopened and the capacity of “Inbox” is 
exceeded, you cannot receive a new mail.

•

If the capacity of “Outbox” or “Unsent” is exceeded, the oldest sent mail will 
be deleted automatically. If there are no sent mails which can be deleted, a 
mail is deleted in order of e-mails failed to be forwarded with no original mail 
on the server, e-mails failed to be sent and unsent e-mails.
