Problems encountered
Check to be made
Dirty marks appear on
the wall around the
radiator.
These marks are associated with the poor quality of the
ambient air. In this case, we recommend checking that
the room is properly ventilated (ventilation, air inlet, etc.)
and that the air is clean, and to avoid smoking indoors.
These dirty marks do not constitute grounds for warranty
replacement of the appliance.
The heating symbol
appears on the screen
when the radiator is in
ECO mode.
This is normal. The radiator might heat up in order to
maintain the Eco temperature.
The appliance
does not follow the
internal programming
instructions.

Check that the appliance is in PROG mode and that
internal programming is selected.
The
appliance
does not follow the
external programming
instructions.
Ensure that the programming unit is being correctly used
(refer to the operating instructions for the programming unit)
Check that the appliance is in PROG mode and that
external control is selected.
The surface of the
radiator is very hot.
It is normal for the appliance to be hot when it is
working, the maximum surface temperature is limited
in accordance with the NF Electricity Performance
standard. However, if you consider that your appliance
is always too hot, check that the output is suitable for the
surface area of your room by contacting your installer,
and that the appliance is not placed in a draught that
could interfere with its temperature regulation.
A paired appliance is not
communicating with the
other paired appliances.
Check that the appliance is correctly paired (refer to the
"CONNECTIVITIES" chapter). Delete the pairing and
then pair the appliances again.
The maximum number: of appliances that can be paired
