8 - LOAD SHEDDING
Our appliances are compatible with different load shedding
systems.
However, you must not use mains disconnection shedding as
this system is incompatible with our appliances. Unplanned
and repeated electricity supply disconnections may cause
wear and damage to the electronic boards, which are not
covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Regardless of the Mode selected, during load shedding
periods your appliance will display "Priority load
shedding
order".
9 - ASSISTANCE
Problems encountered
Check to be made
The control unit screen
does not come on.
Check that the switch located at the back or on the side
of the appliance is in the I position.
Check that the appliance is correctly connected to the
power supply.
The radiator is not
heating up.
If you have programmed a schedule, check that it is
programmed in COMFORT mode.
Check that the installation's circuit-breakers are
switched on or that the cut-off device (if present) has not
cut off the heating.
Check the air temperature in the room: if it is higher than
the setpoint temperature, it is normal for the appliance
not to heat up.
The radiator is heating up
all the time.
Check that the appliance is not located in a draught or
that the setpoint temperature has not been increased.
The radiator is not
heating up enough.
Increase the Comfort setpoint temperature.
If the setting is at the maximum, perform the following
checks:
- Check whether there is another form of heating in the
room.
- Ensure that your radiator only heats up the room (door
closed).
- Check the power supply voltage for the appliance.
- Check whether your radiator"s output is suitable for the
size of your room by contacting your installer.
