“Line 1” on the TA in order to use the phone throughout your
home. If you need a cordless phone, you can get one at

2. You can schedule an AT&T Inside Wire service technician
visit to extend your AT&T CallVantage Service to work with
telephone jacks throughout your home. For additional info call
1-866-596-8464 and select the prompt for Inside Wire Service.
I cannot hook
multiple phones to
the TA.

I can’t get this to
work with my home
security system.
If you have a home security system you must also have
a separate phone line from your local phone company;
home security or alarm systems are not supported by AT&T
CallVantage Service.
If you have a separate phone line from your local phone
company, you can confi gure your home security system to
work over it by contacting AT&T Inside Wire service or
another qualifi ed service technician. AT&T Inside Wire can be
reached at 1-866-596-8464 and select the prompt for Inside
Wire service.
