Cloud protocol settings
WiFi sensors have capability to send current readings to remote server by
http(s) POST with JSON data format. This feature is used for data
transmission into ATAL Onlinesensor, ATAL Database or 3
rd
party server.
Detail description of protocol is available at chapter
Values are stored into internal non-volatile memory in case of data transfer
to server is not successful. Size of this memory is approximately 900 sets of
values. Thanks to this feature, current readings are not lost in case of WiFi
or connectivity outage. There two modes of Cloud protocol
– ATAL
Onlinesensor and ATAL Database / User server.
ATAL Onlinesensor mode
By enabling this mode device sends current readings directly into ATAL
Onlinesensor. ATAL Onlinesensor is a paid service. Each WiFi sensor comes
with 3 moths free trial period for ATAL Onlinesensor. It allows to test features
of ATAL Onlinesensor without any additional costs. For the device to be
visible at ATAL Onlinesensor, it needs to be registered into Cloud. This can
be done by the procedure described at registration card. Registration card is
part of original package.
Sending interval into ATAL Onlinesensor is adjustable at range 5 min to 12
hours. Shortest recommended interval is 10 min. Enabled feature of
Asynchronous messages allows to send messages when alarm event occurs
or is cleared. This feature is enabled by default.
