SECTION 2
ASSEMBLE/INSTALL PRINTER

Install Conveyor

For Single-sided printing:

Lower Duplex Feeder

[A]

Make sure that the Conveyor
Reversing Switch

[B]

(

located

under Conveyor

) is set to

Left-to-

Right

operation.

Install CDM-700 Conveyor Legs
Kit on Conveyor so Conveyor
will align properly with Printer.
Place Conveyor's front feet on
Duplex Printer (

and over the

Duplex Feeder

). Push Conveyor flush against the exit end of

the Top Printer.

Adjust the Guide Rollers so lead edge of media just touches
the Rollers as it exits the Printer.

Connect Conveyor power cord to power receptacle.
Set desired Conveyor speed.

For Double-sided printing:

Raise Duplex Feeder

[A]

Move Guide Roller Assembly and
Stacking Tray to opposite ends of the
Conveyor.

Make sure that the Conveyor
Reversing Switch

[B]

(

located under

Conveyor

) is set to

Right-to-Left

operation.

Install CDM-700 Conveyor Legs Kit
on Conveyor so Conveyor will align
properly with Printer.
Place Conveyor flush against
the exit end of the Duplex
(

Bottom

) Printer.

Adjust the Guide Rollers so lead
edge of media just touches the
Rollers as it exits the Printer.

Connect Conveyor power cord
to power receptacle. Set desired
Conveyor speed.
