Problem Cause Action
No power to the machine.
• The machine is switched off.
• The plug is not connected.
• Turn on the machine.
• Connect the plug.
Steam is not coming out of the
steam nozzles.
• The nozzle sprayer is clogged.
• The machine is switched off.
• The machine is not under pressure.
• Clean the steam nozzle sprayer.
• Turn on the machine.
• Wait for the pressure to be greater than 0.10
MPa (1.0 bar).
Water or steam mixed with
water comes out of the steam
nozzles.
Electrical system or hydraulic system fault. Turn off the machine and call out the Technician.
Does not dispense. The coffee has been ground too finely.
Adjust the coffee grinding.
Coffee is being dispensed too
quickly.
The coffee has been ground too coarsely.
Coffee is being dispensed too
slowly.
The coffee has been ground too finely.
Coffee is being dispensed
unevenly.
The coffee has been ground too finely.
The cup is dirty with coffee
splashes.
• The coffee has been ground too coarsely.
• The edge of the filter holder is damaged.
• Adjust the coffee grinding.
• Replace the filter holder.
Grounds found in cups.
• The filter holder is dirty.
• The filter holes are worn.

The coffee has not been ground evenly.
• Clean the filter holder.
• Replace the filter.

Adjust the grinding as appropriate.
The coffee grounds are wet.
• The dispensing unit is dirty.
• The dispensing unit is too cold.
• The coffee has been ground too finely.

The coffee is too old.
• Wash the unit with the blind filter.
•
Wait for the unit to fully heat up.
• Adjust the coffee grinding.
• Replace with fresh coffee.
Flashing Green LED colour
• No water in the tank.
• Machine in stand by.
• Fill the tank with fresh drinking water.
• Raise the dispensing lever.
Water leaks from the machine. Drip collection tray is full. Empty the drip collection tray.
Coffee is too hot or too cold. Electrical system or hydraulic system fault.
Turn off the machine and call out the Technician.
The gauge indicates a non-
compliant pressure.
