clutch faults)
Clutch Disengagement
Prevented
Disengagement prevented because of engine speed. Clutch will
not disengage if the engine speed is above 1200 RPM.
Clutch Shock Load
Clutch shock load with lockout. While clutch was engaged the
engine speed dropped below 500 rpm, most likely due to a shock
load in the mill. Clutch automatically disengaged.
Clutch Overload w/Lockout
While engaged or attempting to engage, too great a difference
between Input Speed and Output Speed was detected (slippage).
Clutch Overload
While attempting to engage, the clutch overload had not
completely dissipated.
Clutch in Lockout
Clutch may go into Lockout after 3 consecutive attempts at
engaging.
Clutch Output Speed Signal
Fault
Lost output speed signal.
Noisy output speed signal.
