Do not add too
much or fill in the container as it will affect the recipe. Unless otherwise
specified, make sure that the materials are at room temperature. The
water must be cold unless the otherwise expressed in the recipe.
Note: Put the ingredients in the container out of the appliance so that
any accidental spills will not be ignited by the heating elements.
• Open a small hole in the middle of the flour with your finger. Put yeast
in this hole;
make sure that the yeast does not come into contact with liquids and
salt.
NOTE: If the measurements are not correct, the results will not be
as expected. For this reason make sure all materials are weighed
correctly.
Place the bread container in the baking slot and turn it clockwise.
IMPORTANT
: Make sure that the baking container is securely in the
baking slot.
• Close the lid and plug the appliane
• Until the program you want is selected press the “
” button. Each
time this button is pressed the unit will beep and the program number (1
to 13) will appear on the display
• After menu selection, press the color picker key “
” to set the crust
color as light, medium, dark or rapid. Standard setting is medium
• You can then adjust the size of the bread from the Dough Quantity
Setting Key. Standard setting is 1000gr
• You can use “
+
” or “
-
” keys to set the time.
• If you want to delay the time, select the delay according to the "Using
the Timer" section below. If you want the bread maker to start right away,
skip this step.
• To start the program press the “ ” button. If you want to change the
current setting, press and hold “ ” for 2 sec.
• This bread maker will automatically advance every step of the baking
process. During baking, steam will come out from the ventilation holes.
