for resting period during defrosting as defrosting process continues
during the resting period.
• Length of defrosting time depends on freezing degree of food. Turn
frozen food or rip it apart, if possible, during defrosting or resting period.
Heating Process
• You can swiftly and effectively re-heat cooked or left food by maintain-
ing its flavor and without deteriorating its taste. Throughout the heating
process, cover the food with a cap or plastic packaging paper suitable
for a microwave for maintaining the humidity. Covering the food retains
heat and accelerates heating process. Also, it prevents splashing. Wrap
sandwiches and cookies in order for them to absorb their moisture and
to get doughy.
• Spread the food generally on a shallow cap. For heating, food may
occasionally be needed to be stirred and turned upside down.
SUGGESTIONS
Placement of Food
• Only if you disperse the food on the plate, you will get the best result.
This system can be performed in several ways for getting the best
result.
• If you cook a lot of pieces from the same type (for example, unpeeled
potatoes), place them in round form.
• Place the smallest and thinnest side of the food into the middle of your
container while cooking food in different shapes and thickness. In this
way, you can allow that part to be cooked last.
• Place uneven food such as food in a manner that its tail will be in the
middle of the container.
• Place the thick and dense food in your container in a manner that they
will be at the outer side and the thinner and less dense food in your
container a manner that they will be at the inner side while storing or
heating any dish.
• Place finely chopped meat pieces on top of each other.
• Thicker pieces such as sausage, hot dog meat should be placed close
to each other.
• Heat broth or sauces in a separate container. Prefer narrow and long
containers to wide and long ones. Do not fill more than 2/3 of the con-
tainer while heating broth, sauce or soup.
