Aluminum
For only protection/preservation purpose. Thin regular
pieces for covering thin meat or poultry meat can be
used for avoiding overcooking. If the foil is very close to
oven walls, the curvature may occur. Foil should be the
minimum 2.5cm distance from the oven walls.
Browning
plate
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. The lower part
of browning plate should be minimum 5 mm above the
rotary plate. Improper use may cause breakage of the
rotary plate.
Whiteware
Those only suitable for use in microwave oven. Do not
use cracked or notched plates.
Glass jars
Remove its cover at all times. Use only for heating food
until it is heated. Most of the time, a glass jar is not
heat-resistant and may be broken.
Glass prod-
ucts
Only glass products appropriate for use in heat-resist-
ant oven. Ensure that it has no metal edge. Do not use
cracked and notched plates.
Cooking bags
in the oven
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not close it
with metal ties. Open holes for releasing steam.
Paper plates
and cups
Use them only for short-term cooking/heating. Do not
leave the oven empty during the cooking process.
Paper towels
Use them to cover food for reheating and absorbing the
oil. Use with supervision for the only short-term cooking
process.
Parchment
paper
You can use it as wrapping material for cooking in
steam or a cap for preventing splashing.
Plastic
Only the products that are suitable for use in a micro-
wave oven should be used. Follow the manufacturer’s
instructions. The microwave should be marked as Safe.
Some plastic containers get softer when the food
in its content is heated. “Scalding bags” and tightly
sealed plastic bags should be perforated according to
the instructions on the package; air vent or air section
should be opened.
Plastic wrap-
ping container
Those only safe for use in microwave oven. Use it for
covering food during cooking for retaining moisture.
Do not allow plastic wrapping/packaging container to
contact the food.
