Power-on the switch and check LEDs
Prerequisites
The Aruba 10000 switch does not contain a power on/off switch. It is turned on by connecting the AC power
cord to the switch and an AC power source.
Check LEDs for proper switch operation. For further detail see
Power off the switch
Prerequisites
Remove the power cord from the switch and from the power source.
Mount the switch
The supported mounting options for the Aruba 10000 switch include:
Aruba CX 10000 1U 2 post Rack Mount Kit (R8R55A)
Brackets mount in three positions:
n
Front position (switch extends 356 millimeters behind rack post)
n
Center-of-Gravity (switch protrudes 156 millimeters from the front of the rack post and 202 millimeters
behind the rack post)
n
Rear position (switch extends 335 millimeters behind the rack post)
