Connect: When the system is first turned on and the GUI is started, the (real)
touchpad front panel is the active control input panel. In order to
transfer control to the GUI, the software must connect to the system.
This action is performed by clicking the “Connect” button.
Disconnect: When connected, clicking the “Disconnect” button will revert control
to the (real) touchpad front panel of the main control unit. This does
not close the GUI frame.
NOTICE!
Note that the parameters will not be the same as those last used in the
GUI!
When switching from GUI control to real front panel control, the parameter set
is defaulted to the last parameter set used in front panel control. Check the
settings before running the system, as they might be very different and lead to
damage of the device under test!
Information field: Indicates the device connected as well as the maximum current that
the driver can deliver.

Exit: Exits the software thus closing the GUI frame and reverting control to
the (real) touchpad front panel.
