If Byte 33 “!” is returned, then the uploaded parameter set is not valid.
@e – start a sequence with external Trigger. When the trigger signal rises, the full sequence is
generated.
If Byte 33 “!” is returned, then the uploaded parameter set is not valid.
@E - start a single pulse of a sequence. When the trigger signal rises only one pulse of the
sequence is generated. To complete the sequence a signal for every pulse must be applied.
NOTICE!
Use of this function requires special care in order to not damage the
instrument!
Setting the @E command at a repetition rate higher than allowed by the safe
operating area can damage the instrument. See 5.1.1 ”Safe Operating Area
(LDD100-F040)” pg. 25 and 5.2.1 ”Safe Operating Area (LDD100-F120)”
pg. 27 for details.
11.2.9 Stop a sequence
When sending an escape (Byte 27) the driver stopps immediately. It quits by sending two
bytes. The first one is the current modulator flag. The second is the internal measured
temperature of the laser driver in °C.
Byte 1 – Bit 0 to Bit 7:
Bit 2: Driver is ready
Bit 3: Excess temperature
11.2.10 Read status and temperature of the laser driver
By sending @R to the driver two bytes will be returned. These indicate the current modulator
flags (first byte) and the internal measured temperature (second byte).
