31. Secure the cylinders with flange nuts tightening

the nuts in a crisscross pattern in 3 steps (step 1 =
14 ft-lb; step 2 = 24 ft-lb; step 3 = 40 ft-lb).

cylinder; then install the two O-rings on each cyl-
inder head making sure they are correctly posi-
tioned in the grooves.

light coat of grease will help keep them seated in
the grooves of the cylinder and cylinder head.

removed, install the pins at this time.
