Remove the six remaining door screws and left side sticker. Carefully separate the
rear cover (grey) of the door without damaging the rubber join and the Air In Line
Detector cables. Place the rear cover according the photo.

When reassembling the door, the order of the screws must be observed. The
shortest screws must be used at the indicated position (5.10)

Also pay attention to the positions of the door latches. The rubber sealing must be
placed correctly

9.

The easiest way to attach the door to the metal rod is to leave the screws left and
right to the rod loose. Tighten the screws after the door is locked in.

Tools & recommended spare parts:

- Antistatic work place

- Phillips screw driver No.1

Procedure:

Several types of screw are used to attach the Door rear cover. Pay attention
at the description, if you missed the position of the screws the Touch Screen
will be damage, and it will need replacement

2.

Eight screws are used.
Four screws tighten on plastic, at the right side of the cable (1/4). Insert and tight
screws 1, 2, 3. Number 4 will be tight after Door attachment.
Four screws with washer, tighten on inserted metal nut (5/8). Located at cable side.
Insert and tight 6, 7,

and the shortest 8.

Number 5 will be tight after Door

attachment.
