 Replacement Pump Block Back Plate and Springs 

Tools & recommended spare parts: 

- 2 mm Hex driver 
- PB Back plate and Springs are included in Door pressure kit (76331) 

Procedure:

 

1. 

Dismantle Main PCB (5.1) 

2. 

Dismantle Pump block (5.2) 

3. 

Removing the two back plate screws and carefully remove the back plate.  

          

        

 

 

4. 

Note the Springs type/position, and Brass spacer position,

 and any washers 

under the springs. 
 

         

 

 

5. 

Reassemble pump in reverse order. During reassembly do not apply much torque 
on the brass spacers holding the back plate to the pump block.
