At the bottom of the screen, click New.

Enter plate record information, then select Spectral Calibration in the

Application dropdown list.

In row A01, enter a sample name, click the next cell, then enter a comment if

needed.

In column 1 of row A01, select the instrument protocol you created for the

spectral calibration.
