5) Connect the heater and the flue terminal using 100 diameter supply and exhaust pipes.
Make sure the connections are secure
and take measures to prevent exhaust
gas from leaking.
Seal any connections that are not gas
tight using a high temperature silicone
sealant.
Connect the flue pipe to the flue terminal as follows:
Connecting: following procedure A to C.
On the flue terminal side, make sure that " " mark of stopper ring in the flue terminal is not lined up
with " " mark on the terminal socket.
A) In case of the flue pipe with red line mark, insert the flue pipe into the socket of the flue terminal
until red line is identical with the edge of the socket.
B) In case of the flue pipe without line mark, the flue pipe has a swelling part formed around on it to
fix the inserted length, or lock in position.
Insert the flue pipe into the other side surely until locking position.
C) In case of the flue pipes with other colored line mark, insert the flue pipe into the socket up to the
line marked and shall be fixed with aluminum tape.
Caution: ensure the O-ring is not damaged during this process.
Removing:
On the flue terminal side, matching " " mark which on stopper ring at the flue terminal side with
" " mark on the terminal socket.
Turn stopper ring at the flue terminal to release the locking in position, and then pull the flue pipe out.
Caution: ensure the O-ring is not damaged during this process.
