PROBLEMS DURING FIRMWARE UPDATE VIA USB INTERFACE

If there are problems during the firmware update, it is recommended to perform the following procedure:
Before upgrading the firmware, verify if the latest version of

NXperience

has been installed.

If a failure occurs during firmware update, the following message will be displayed:

and verify if the device is still available for the update. If it is, click on

again:

NXperience

has been closed and/or it is no longer possible to find the device on the update screen, it is necessary to close the

NXperience

, turn

off the

LogBox Wi-Fi

and reconnect the device to the USB interface for a new attempt.

shows an error while reading the configuration, as shown in the figure below, and the device display is off, try the procedure

described in the following step.
