For the Android application, to delete all device data, you must press the serial number of the device whose data you want to delete from your 

smartphone memory and wait for the delete confirmation dialog box to appear.  
For the iOS application, simply click on the serial number of the device whose data you wish to delete from your smartphone's memory and drag 

the data to the left. This move will display the 

 button , which will allow you to delete the selected download.
