NI Series WebConsole & Programming Guide
Accessing the WebConsole
From any PC that has access to the LAN that the target Master resides on:
1.
Open a web browser and type the IP Address of the target Master in the Address Bar.
2.
Press Enter to access WebConsole for that Master. The initial view is the
WebControl
page
(FIG. 12).
Device Tree
Click the
Show Device Tree
checkbox to show/hide the online device tree, which indicates all devices
currently connected to this Master. Use the plus and minus symbols to the left of each item in the Device
Tree to expand the view to include System devices, ports and individual Port settings.
At the Port view, you can use the Device Tree to make specific port assignments (including Channel and
Level assignments) (FIG. 14).
