Cleaning, maintenance and repair

Pantera 4504 CP plus BAG0230.2 07.21

Applying the antifreeze through the nozzles:

20. Unfold the boom.

21. TwinTerminal:

select (Spray

liquid suction).

22. Switch on spraying until the antifreeze

emerges from the nozzles.



Part-width section control: Switch on and off
several times



AmaSelect: switch through all of the nozzle
positions

23. Switch the boundary nozzles / edge noz-

zles.

Collect the sprayed liquid!

Check the sprayed liquid for sufficient frost

protection! If necessary, add more anti-
freeze and repeat the procedure.

24. TwinTerminal:

Select (Xtreme-

Clean) (one minute).

Pumping out the antifreeze:

25. Empty the spray liquid tank using the pump.



Pump the antifreeze and spray liquid mix-

ture into a suitable tank, re-use or dispose
of properly.

26. Drain the suction filter insert and pressure

filter insert.

General information:

27. Draining HighFlow:

switch tap under the Highflow pressure filter

in position

and allow the spray line to

run completely empty.
Remove the HighFlow pressure filter and
clean it.

28. Remove the hose from the pressure sensor

to drain the pressure sensor.
