10 . When Not Using the Scanner Head Unit (MF-C2000A-

MC/SC Only)

The scanner head unit is controlled by CL-E100A built in MF-C2000A-MC/SC.
When replacing the scanner head unit with the output unit and operating the laser

equipment alone, it is necessary to separate connection between MF-C2000A-MC/

SC and CL-E100A.
Disconnection is performed by the following procedure. They can be reconnected by

reversing the procedure.

⇒

When changing availability of the scanner head, the output correction may be
required. For the output correction, contact us.

Item required

Phillips screwdriver, EXT.I/O (1) short-circuit connector, and LASER IF (2) short-

circuit connector

Operating Procedure

(1) Turn OFF the MAIN POWER switch and open the connector cover on the rear.

(2) Disconnect the cable connected to the EXT.I/O (1) connector and connect the at-

tached EXT.I/O (1) short-circuit connector.

(3) Disconnect the cable connected to the LASER IF (2) connector on the connector

panel 2 and connect the attached LASER IF (2) short-circuit connector.
