Inlet for the cooling water.

(10) Drain  Outlet

Since the cooling water may be discharged in the occurrence of water 

leakage in the beam coupler or timesharing specification, connect the 

hose to discharge water to a drain ditch.  (Coupling: Rc3/8)

(11) Drain  Port

Drain water within the FA cooler is drained from the drainage pipe when 

the Laser is used under high-humidity environment.  Be sure to connect 

the attached drain hose to carry out drain piping.
