How do I link multiple pupils to guardians?
A: Each pupil requires their own meal account.
Begin by locating the appropriate guardian account and add an additional meal account (see

). Once setup, add the new pupil (see

) and link to the newly created meal account (see

How do I activate or deactivate an overdraft limit?
A: Overdraft limits exist in case funds are unavailable but are deactivated on each meal
account by default. To activate or deactivate the overdraft, locate the parent / guardian
account (see
6.3 Manage Users
). Choose
Accounts
and locate the appropriate meal account
by tapping its name. If deactivating an overdraft facility, select
Deactivate
. If activating an
overdraft, tap the Overdraft Amount textbox and enter a value. Hit
Save
when complete.
