7.3 Pay Using Combined (Cash & Account)
Using the EPoS till, it is possible to accept a payment using both cash and funds loaded onto an allpay
Dosh account.
1. Log into the EPoS till as a Power User, Administrator or Caterer (see 5 Logging into the EPoS
Till
).
2. From the main menu, select Sales > Combined .
3. Identify the account to be used (see
7.1.1 Account Identification
).
4. Select the appropriate products from the list and select Pay (see
7.1.2 Product Selection
).
5. Select Cash or Account and input the partial value to be tendered. The remaining funds to
be paid will be automatically calculated and deducted from the alternate payment type (see
Fig 29
).

6. Tap Confirm Payment .
7. If successful, the screen will display a message accordingly (see
Fig 25
) and the account will
be debited. If unsuccessful, the EPoS till will warn that the required funds are unavailable and
will not be able to proceed.
