Summary Report 

To assist stock control, the summary report will highlight the products and quantity sold between a 

specific date range. The report will also display a grand total.   

 

8.3.5

 

Payment Types 

The EPoS till can process a transaction using a registered allpay Dosh account, cash or an emergency 

meal. The payment types report details a high level summary of all 3 transaction types including the 

total value and quantity of stock sold.

Overdrawn 

allpay Dosh accounts that are overdrawn are displayed in this report. As well as pupil and guardian 

names, the report includes contact email address and account balance. 

 

8.3.7

 

Abandons 

Transactions that were not completed fully are summarised in the abandons report. Details contained 
within the report include the product, customer and caterer.   

 

8.3.8

 

Free School Meal Eligibility 

In certain circumstances, pupils may be eligible for Free School Meals (FSM). This report details those 

pupils within a specified date range that are eligible for FSM’s.  
 

8.3.9

 

Refunds 

All transactions which have been refunded or corrected are located within the refunds report. Part of 

the information supplied will include the value and who authorised the refund.  

 

8.3.10

 

Leavers 

When pupils leave their institution, they will have a balance. The leavers report will show pupil 

names, final balance and leavers date. Should the pupil’s account be in credit or debit, this will be 

highlighted here.  

 

8.3.11

 

Free School Meal Consumption 

The number of free school meals (FSM) dispensed between a specific period can be displayed using
