8 Reports
For authorised users only, the Reports button located within the main menu screen allows the
interrogation of data stored on the allpay Dosh system. The reporting function contains a number of
report templates to allow rapid access to information. These can be used for reconciliation, query
resolution or just for information only.
8.1 Accessing Reports
To access the reports functionality, follow the steps below:
1. Log into the EPoS till using an account with administrative privileges (see
5.1 Logging In
)
2. From the main menu, select Reports .
3. Choose the appropriate report from the list available (see Fig 35 ). For further information on
each report, refer to
8.3 Available Reports
.

8.2 Report Layout
Each report will summarise data relating to a specific subject as outlined in the report name. All
reports will follow a similar layout changing only in report data displayed and data range if applicable.
