A: In the event a fingerprint won’t scan, try registering alternate fingerprints against the

What happens if I make a mistake?
A: If a mistake is made before confirming the transaction, the transaction can be modified
or cancelled completely. If the transaction has been confirmed, refer to

How do I link multiple guardians to a meal account?
A: In certain circumstances, it is required to link multiple guardians to a particular pupil. This
will enable both guardians to top up the same account.
To facilitate this, ensure the first guardian and meal account is set up correctly. Next create
the second parent (see
6.1.1 Register New Parent / Guardian Details
). Rather than adding a new
account, add existing account and locate the existing pupils meal account (see
6.1.2 Create
Parent / Guardian Meal Account
).
