5.3.5 CLEAR SETTINGS submenu
The CLEAR SETTINGS feature is used to selectively clear groups of PTZ settings, including presets, patrols, patterns, blanks and
zones. It also includes a entry to open the DIAGNOSTICS submenu.
The DIAGNOSTICS display shows the self-diagnostics information of the camera, including the occurrence of high temperature, the
highest temperature, the occurrence of low temperature, the lowest temperature, the occurrences of video loss, low voltage, dome
reboot, panning loss, tilting loss and communication loss. Panning loss and tilting loss refer to the failures of panning and tilting, for
diagnosing the electric motor of the camera.
To clear a group of PTZ settings:
1.
Open the
CLEAR SETTINGS
menu from the OSD | DOME PARAMETERS menu.
2.
Use the
p
and
q
buttons to move the position icon to the group of settings you want to clear.
3.
Click
Iris+
. A DONE/QUIT options page will open. Click
Iris+
again to clear the group of settings, or click
Iris–
to cancel the
action. The display will change back to the CLEAR SETTINGS page.
4.
Repeat steps

through
3
above to clear additional settings.
