9 - Ensure coupling guard components are all in
place for proper safety and bolts are tight. 13 - Insure 3-inch (76 mm) locking nuts securing the

to the mount are tight.
10 - Adjust bolts to obtain complete alignment of
motor gear to Contherm
™
via the coupling
components and no excessive vibration
- Ensure motor adjustment bolts are tight
14, 15 - Inspect all upper mounting hardware and ensure all
connections are tight and secure.
11 - Inspect for product or leaking material that
may cause a slip hazard. 16 - If applicable, ensure mounting flange bolts are tight as
this is a weight bearing component

- Inspect both top and bottom Contherm
™
trim
sheet connection points to the mounting cross
arms for any cracks, damage or corrosion.
17 - Inspect hydraulic pump and related components for
leaks and ensure all connections are tight.
- Ensure hydraulic pressure is 450 psi (31 Bar or less).

proper equipment function. Store inspection records for later use.
