16.8 ICr Channel Setup and Calibration
Shift+Serv|Password|Calibration|Test I Cr Channel
To calibrate the ICr (intercell) channel, connect the Cellcorder resistance
leads (red lead not used) and mV calibration source power supply as shown
in the following figure.

NOTE: If Linearity tests fail to meet min/max range, do not adjust the
Up/Down arrow keys. You must recalibrate the initial setting where you
used the arrow keys, then retest linearity.

1) With the millivolt (mV) Cal source at 0 volts, connect the DVM to
points E and F at the Cal source.
2) From the Calibration menu, select ICr channel.
3) Adjust the Cal source so the DVM indicates 21mV

1mV.
4) Press the Up/Down arrows on the CRT until the voltage on the CRT
matches the reading on the DVM.
NOTE: The CRT displays voltage in microvolts (

V).
5) Record the actual input and the CRT reading on the Calibration form.
6) Press F2 Accept.
7) From the Calibration menu, select ICr channel.
8) Linearity: Adjust the Cal source to 0.6mV

0.05mV on the DVM and
record the actual input and CRT reading.
9) Linearity: Adjust the Cal source to 80mV

1mV on the DVM and
record the actual input and CRT reading.
10) Press F3 Cancel.
11) Remove the DVM leads from points E and F.
12) Set the Cal source to 0 volts.
